Once you have received written notification that your waste materials are approved, you can schedule a waste pick-up from your site. Please contact your Covanta Secure Services Account Executive.
Preshipment Notification
All waste shipments require a completed Covanta Secure Services Preshipment Notification to schedule deliveries. This form provides pertinent information required by the Covanta Energy-from-Waste facility to schedule and safely prepare to receive your waste. A Customer Representative will assist you in completing this Form. See Schedule 1 of the Special Waste Contract (PDF).
Note: If you have been issued a Covanta manifest a preshipment notification is not needed.
Certificate of Disposal
A section of the Preshipment Notification serves as the Certificate of Disposal. After your waste is processed, this section of the document is signed by the destination facility and the completed document returned to you.
